- Standard translation processing time is 1 to 3 working days.
4. Ministry of Justice Certification
- Additional Fee: If you require Ministry of Justice Certification, an additional fee of 30 KWD applies.
- Certification Details: This certification ensures that your translated documents are officially recognized by legal authorities.

4. Booking and Scheduling
- Mentorship Request: To begin the mentorship process, students must complete the Postgraduate Mentorship Form with the necessary details.
- Consultation Scheduling: After payment confirmation, you will be scheduled for your initial consultation. Additional sessions can be booked as needed, subject to availability.
5. Attendance and Commitment
- Commitment to the Process: Consistent engagement and attendance for scheduled mentorship sessions are required to benefit fully from the program.
- Session Changes: Any changes to the schedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled consultation or mentorship session are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: If a session needs to be rescheduled, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to notify may result in the session being considered as missed.
7. Code of Conduct
- Professionalism: All students are expected to maintain professional behavior during mentorship sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.
8. Confidentiality and Ethical Standards

- Booking Timeline: Bookings must be made at least three (3) nights before the scheduled exam.
- Limited Availability: Seats for each session are limited, and early booking is recommended to secure your spot.

- Commitment to Sessions: Attendance is mandatory for the Exam Night sessions. If you are unable to attend, you must notify us in advance to discuss possible alternatives.

TAG International Academy provides tailored corporate training solutions designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of your workforce. Our programs, led by certified trainers, offer practical applications and real-life case studies to ensure a measurable impact. 2. Payment Policy
- Initial Payment: 50% of the total training fee is due one week prior to the commencement of the training program to confirm the booking.
- Remaining Payment: The remaining 50% is due within 15 days after the completion of the training session.
- Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable once the program has been confirmed, except in cases of program cancellation by the academy or other exceptional circumstances.
3. Booking & Registration
- Booking Confirmation: Registration will be confirmed upon signing and approval of the training quotation.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than three (3) weeks prior to the course date will incur no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within two (2) weeks or on the course start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within three (3) days of registration are free of charge.
4. Course Information
- Proposed Dates: To be confirmed upon approval of the quotation.
- Timings: To be coordinated with the company, including a 30-minute break.
- Duration: The course is scheduled for 2.5 hours each day, for a total of 5 hours across 2 days.
- Venue: The venue will be coordinated with the company.
5. Training Methodology
- Instructor-Led Training: All sessions are conducted by a certified trainer.
- Practical Applications: The training will include real-life case studies and practical applications to enhance learning.
6. Value Added Services
- Experienced Trainers: All sessions are led by highly qualified and experienced trainers.
- Printed Materials: Course materials will be provided in printed format.
- Certificates of Attendance & Completion: Certificates will be awarded to each participant upon course completion.
- Post-Course Assessment: A post-course assessment will be conducted to measure participants’ learning outcomes.
- Media Coverage: Subject to approval.
7. Attendance & Participation
- Maximum Participants: The training session accommodates a maximum of 20 participants.
- Fixed Fee: The training fee remains fixed even if fewer participants attend.
- Attendance Requirement: Full attendance is mandatory for all scheduled training sessions. Non-attendance may affect the participant’s eligibility for certification.
