1. Enrollment & Payment

• All registrations must be completed through our official links or registration portals.
• Payment is required to confirm enrollment. No seat is reserved without payment.
• All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Upon successful payment, confirmation and program details will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

2. Attendance & Certification

• Consistent attendance is mandatory to be eligible for certificates of completion.
• Students are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions, whether in person or online.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Once enrolled, all payments are final. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions or change of mind.
• In rare circumstances (e.g., class cancellation by the academy), credit or rescheduling options may be offered.

4. Workshops & Executive Training

• All participants must act professionally and respectfully during sessions.
• The academy reserves the right to remove disruptive individuals without refund.

5. Room & Facility Rentals

• Rentals (training rooms, meeting rooms, seminar halls) must be booked in advance.
• Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
• Any damage caused to facilities during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. 

6. Intellectual Property

• All training materials are copyrighted and provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Sharing, copying, or distributing materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Schedule Adjustments

• TAG International Academy reserves the right to reschedule or relocate any training, rental, or workshop based on operational needs, with reasonable notice.

8. Code of Conduct

• All individuals (students, renters, visitors) must maintain professional behavior within academy premises.
• Any form of harassment, misconduct, or damage to property may result in removal from the premises and legal consequences under Kuwaiti law.

9. Privacy & Communication

• Your personal data will be used solely for registration, communication, and administrative purposes in accordance with Kuwaiti privacy regulations.
• By registering, you consent to receive updates via email or WhatsApp from the academy.

10. Governing Law

• All activities, transactions, and disputes are subject to the laws of the State of Kuwait.
